GM Cabs offers drivers across Australia an online bank-approved mobile EFTPOS solution. The VeriFone wireless EFTPOS terminal is a strong, reliable handheld unit and can be used as a portable terminal or fitted into the cab.
Customer payments are processed securely in real-time through the banking system. The GM Cabs EFTPOS terminal accepts all credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB credit cards, as well as Debit (EFTPOS) – including cheque and savings cards. It also accepts PayPass transactions, making it the quickest payment solution on the market.Every terminal owner can access a record of their transactions from a secure website, using a login and password. Drivers receive full training on how to use the website when they acquire the terminal.
GM Cabs, together with Visa, have created the Visa Drivers Card – exclusive to GM Cab drivers, and available to all GM Cab drivers with an EFTPOS terminal. The key advantage of the Visa Drivers Card is that payment is automatically made onto the card daily. The Visa Drivers Card supplies you with a regular automated cash flow, eliminating the need for you to stop and pick up cash and making your life as a driver so much easier.
